| 摘 要： | 工业总部经济是因制造业总部企业在某一区域聚集，并带动该区域相关产业的发展而形成的一种区域经济形态。宁波综合实力位于前列，港口经济比较发达，企业规模不断壮大，体制机制富有活力，科教事业快速提升，具有发展工业总部经济的优势。

| Abstract: | Headquarters Economy is a mode of regional economy, which comes along with the congregativeness of manufacturing headquarters enterprises in some areas and the development of relevant industries in those regions. Ningbo possesses advantages of developing Industrial Headquarters Economy due to its high comprehensive strength, the well - developed Port Economy, the growing scale of enterprises, the invigorative system and mechanism, and the rapid improvement of science and education. |
