辣椒中辣椒素的高效液相色谱法测定

辣椒素的化学组成主要为辣椒碱和二氢辣椒碱.辣椒碱具有镇痛、消炎、促进食欲、改善消化、抗菌、杀虫及对神经递质的选择性等药理作用.辣椒碱可以治愈和缓和一些难治愈慢性神经疼痛,可为这些疾病的治疗提供一条新的途径,是一个很有发展潜力的药物 5] 本文采用高效液相色谱法,通过对流动相、检测波长等分离条件的优化,建立了辣椒素的分析方法.经实验证实,本方法操作简单、重复性好、准确度高,可以对辣椒素的工业化生产提供帮助 3-4].方法回收率90%～92%,相对偏差:2.5%.相关系数:r=0.9956.
