摘    要:对液下搅拌机器人在水煤浆储罐中工作时驱动轮的动态性能与结构进行了研究,使用有限元分析软件Ansy对车轮进行了有限元应力分析,其中包括驱动轮选择不同轮齿时冲击应力值的对比。根据对冲击应力仿真结果的分析,并结合驱动轮工作环境来选择驱动轮轮缘的轮齿数量。对行走机器人轮系设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:A study was carried out on the dynamic property and structure of driving wheel of under liquid stirring robot while working inside the water-coal slurry storage tank. The finite element stress analysis was carried out on the wheel by the use of finite element analytical software Ansys, which contains the contrast on the values of impact stresses when different gear tooth was chosen for the driving wheel. Combining with the working circumstances of driving wheel to select the number of wheel teeth of driving wheel rim in accordance with the analysis of simulation result on impact stress, and there are certain guiding significance on the gear train design of walking robot.
