自激振动空化喷嘴的仿真研究

摘    要:用Fluent 6.0,Gambit 2.0,Tecplot 9.0等流体计算与图形分析软件对风琴管自激振动空化喷嘴喷射过程进行了仿真研究。通过建模与计算,得到了不同尺寸组合风琴管自激振动空化喷嘴内部的速度、压力分布图,分析了设计计算的风琴管自激振动空化喷嘴均可产生空化射流,验证了理论计算公式,并研究了喷嘴结构参数对喷嘴产生自激振动空化效果的影响规律,为自激振动空化喷嘴的优化设计提供了方法。

Abstract:The simulation study of the jet process of the organ-pipe SRC jet nozzle was carried out by using CFD and plot analysis software Fluent 6.0,Gambit 2.0,Tecplot 9.0.The distribution maps of flow velocity and pressure in the different unit organ-pipe SRC jet nozzles had been obtained by using the method of model building and numerical calculation.the results of all the designed SRC jet nozzle can work well in SRC water jet had been analyzed.The formulas determining structural parameters of an organ-pipe resonator had been verified,and the effects of the structural parameters of an organ-pipe resonator on SRC water jet were studied,so that the simulation study would provide new ways for the optimum design of SRC jet nozzles.
