电液集成控制技术的研究

摘    要:针对电液集成控制技术在性能控制及应用推广等方面所存在的问题,论述了电液管、液管和液阻等基础元件的功能实现、工作特性改善、电液集成液路组成及调试分析等试验研究结果,介绍了此项技术在机床控制方面的应用研究情况及前景。这对于促进这一新技术的研究与应用是十分有益的

On Economy NC Machine Using ElectroHydraulic Technology
Abstract:Electrohydraulic technology began to advance rapidly but a few years ago. Previous attempts on applying electrohydraulic technology to implementing economy NC machine did not succeed. We have succeeded preliminarily in solving this problem and the key to our success is essentially that we adopted the following two steps:(1) computer control of electrohydraulic conversion element and (2) control of hydraulic system with hydraulic amplifying element. Past failures appear to have been due to that they attempted to do it in one step. Fig.2 gives our experimental results that indicate that the electrohydraulic conversion element developed by us was steady and reliable. We also developed a steady and reliable hydraulic amplifying element. Thus we expect confidently that these elements can replace various hydraulic valves now in use. Fig.3 is a schematic of our hydraulic circuit design and this circuit allows pressure, direction, and speed to be adjusted electronically.
