摘    要:应用粉末等离子堆焊的方法在16Mn钢表面堆焊白铜合金,通过试验,研究了堆焊过程中所出现的裂纹和变形问题,结果表明:使用含杂质少的堆焊材料及加强保护是解决裂纹问题的有效途径;采用双面对称焊法和焊后消除应力处理是解决变形问题的有效方法.

Abstract:The paper describedthe plasma arc powder surfacing Ni-Cu alloy on the 16Mn steel plank. Through testing, the crack and deformation in the process of surfacing were studied. The result showed using surfacing material contained less impurity and strengthening protection are good ways to solve the crack problems. Adopting symmetry welding method of double face and treatment after welding for reducing stress is good manner for remove deformation.
