圆柱壳裂纹故障的计算机仿真分析

摘    要:应用有限元仿真法和断裂力学理论,对门座起重机筒形支柱(壳体)结构上出现的裂纹故障进行了动力仿真分析,得到了裂纹发生的位置、扩展方向、开裂角及断口的形状.结果表明,采用此种方法对结构裂纹故障进行扩展过程的仿真再现是可行的

Abstract:The crack fault on the barrel suporting shell of crane was dynamically imitated applying finite element analysis method and theory of fracture mechanics. The posiono of crack extension,tearing angle and appearence of fracture were aquired. The conclusion indicates that applying this method to reappear the crack extention process of structure is feasible.
