摘    要:增效浸渗砂轮处理技术是用于解决干式磨削时,磨削精度和磨削质量差,砂轮消耗大等不足的一项应用技术。通过实验研究,分析了增效浸渗砂轮在提高磨削质量和磨削精度,提高砂轮的磨削能力及降低砂轮消耗等方面的增效机理及其效果。

On Improving Cooling and Lubrication of Grinding Process
Abstract:This paper is the newest of a number of papers by us at Northwestern Polytechnical University. The results have already been successfully applied to obtaining much better grinding quality in several factories than was possible with our previous research results. Our success depends mainly on our principal research result: a better treating agent. This treating agent is membraneforming and is responsible for the formation under high temperature during grinding of physical adsorbedmembrane, chemisorptionmembrane and chemical membrane. Our success also depends on our secondary research result: improvement of treating method. This improvement reduces greatly the blocking phenomenon unavoidable in treatment of grinding wheel. These research results improve cooling and lubrication during grinding process. A fairly substantial amount of experimental work was done. Experimental results indicate that the principal and secondary research results can give the following benefits: (1) Life of grinding wheel is raised by 100 to 300%; (2) Grinding temperature is greatly reduced (lowest curve in Fig.1). Thus grinding burn is almost completely eliminated; (3) Grinding forces are greatly reduced (the lower two curves in Fig.2 for normal force F n and tangent force F t respectively); (4) Roughness of ground surface is much reduced (Figs.3 and 4); (5) Grinding efficiency is statistically found to be raised by 50 to 100%.
