摘    要:杯罐试验是水厂合理确定混凝剂投加量的重要方法。选用圆形杯罐,利用正交试验得到了某水厂杯罐试验的最优和次优工况,并比较了两种工况下的混凝效果,同时结合G值、GT值以及水流流态等影响因素,提出了处理此类水质时杯罐试验的合理工况。

Abstract:Jar test is an important method for determination of proper coagulant dosage. Circular jar test was carried out by applying orthogonal test approach to obtain the optimal and sub-optimal conditions and the coagulation effect was compared under the two conditions. Meanwhile, in consideration of the affecting factors including G value, GT value, and water flow pattern, the appropriate jar test condition in treatment of this kind of wastewater was proposed.
