PP/滑石粉复合材料的力学性能与断裂行为

摘    要:研究了不同填料及偶联剂用量对PP/滑石粉复合体系力学性能的影响,同时利用扫描电镜对复合体系的断裂行为进行了测试与分析。结果表明,随着滑石粉的加入,经偶联剂处理的体系拉伸强度和冲击强度先升后降,当滑石粉填充量在20%偶联剂为1%时,体系性能最佳,经偶联剂处理的复合材料断裂趋于韧性断裂。

Abstract:In this paper the formula, the dosage of the different filler and the macromolecule coupling agent are studied which influence the mechanical properties and structure configuration. Also SEM was used to analyze and test the structure of the PP/talc composites. Conclusions are as follows: with the addition of talc and the coupling agent, the strength of the composite first increases and then decreases, with a optimum value in the 20% of the talc and 1% of coupling agent. Results show that composite effect tough fracture more easily with the disperse of talc treated with coupling agents.
