降低继电器接触电阻的清洗工艺研究

摘    要:基于继电器接触电阻的接触原理,研究了降低继电器接触电阻的清洗方法。用扫描电子显微镜分析典型触点材料,通过分析确定加工过程污染对继电器触点镀层的影响,然后给出几种不同的清洗方法,以减小继电器接触电阻,提高接触可靠性。最后,通过试验验证了清洗效果。

Abstract:Based on contact resistance principle of relay,the cleaning method to reduce contact resistance of relays was researched.The typical contact materials were analyzed by using SEM to determine the relay contact coating influence result from processing process pollution.Several different cleaning methods were proposed to reduce contact resistance and improve contact reliability.Finally, the clean effect was validated by test.
