水泥-水玻璃双液注浆中的最优参数选择

摘    要:水泥-水玻璃(CS)双液注浆技术以其凝固速率可控性强、材料来源广,在岩土工程中得到广泛应用。本文结合玲珑金矿塌陷巷道治理工程,进行了水泥-水玻璃不同配比下的凝胶试验,得出各浆液的初凝速率变化不大,而水泥的终凝速率却变化很大,并在不同的配比会出现一个拐点呈直线上升趋势。本文提出在拐点附近选择注浆配比最经济有利的看法,此论点在玲珑金矿255塌陷巷道治理工程中得到验证。它对相关工程具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:With its controllable solidifying velocity and vast raw material source,cement-water glass(CS)two-shot grouting has found wide applications in many geotechnical projects.The author,based on the project of maintaining tunnel collapse in Linglong Gold Mine,made gel experiment on different volume ratio of cement grout to water glass.According to the experiment result,the author found that the initial gel velocity changed not too much,but the final gel velocity changed a lot,and furthermore,the velocity of gel with varied volume ratio presented an inflexion in its curve with a sharply rising tendency after the inflexion.Based on this find the idea was formed that selecting grouting mixture ratio parameter near inflexion was favorable to the project in view of economy.The idea was verified in the construction of the project of maintaining tunnel collapse in Linglong Gold Mine.The result has great reference value for the similar project in the future.
