摘    要:提出了一种利用独立分量技术消除或有效抑制包络分析中强干扰对分析结果影响的方法.该方法首先用包络分析方法提取滚动轴承振动信号的包络波形,再通过独立分量分析实现各振源包络分量的分离去噪,最后对滚动轴承相关的包络分量进行包络谱分析,获得对滚动轴承故障在强干扰源存在下的准确结果.

Abstract:In this paper,a scheme is introduced,which utilizes independent components analysis to remove or suppress the influence of strong disturbed signals.Envelope analysis is employed firstly to extract the envelope waveforms form vibration signals.Then independent components analysis is performed to separate from envelope waveforms to obtain the independent components in envelope waveforms,which are generated by different independent vibration sources.Subsequently,the disturbance components are removed.Lastly,an accurate fault diagnosis result of the rolling element bearing is attained under strong disturbances.
