| Abstract: | City of Tokyo is analysed in terms of the history of urban development,urban planning and construction,as well as the development of power network.It discusses the the characteristics of the economic development in Tokyo,evaluates the coordination between urban development and grid deveopment,as well as the management policies and regulations.Finally a brief summary of the experience drawn from the Tokyo mode is outlined and proposals are presented regarding the grid development in China. |
