氯乙烯固定床反应器模拟分析

摘    要:本文对放热较大的氯乙烯固定床反应器进行了模拟分析。认为:用惰性载体稀释催化剂,改变催化剂活性,可使反应管轴向温度分布趋于合理,从而提高设备的生产能力;根据轴向温度分布,改变床层的换热条件,以控制床层各段的反应速度;随催化剂的逐渐失活,调节原料入口温度,可调整床层内的热点位置。

Abstract:The thermal zone often presents itself in the inlet of the reaction column of a fixed bed catalytic reactor under the condition of the strongly exothermic reaction, such as the chloroethylene generation reaction. Thus it is possible that the temperature can not be controlled and even the catalyst and the reactor will be distroyed. As a result the important subject is to improve the distribution of temperature and concentration in the axis of the reactor. The following results have been obtained through dynamic analysis: 1. The productivity of the reactor can be raised when inerts to dilute the catalyst are used. 2. According to the distribution of axial temperature the condition of heat exchange is improved and then the reaction rate in each bed section will be controlled. 3. Regulating the temperature in the colmn inlet of feed gas, the situation of the thermal zone can be improved.
