聚合物聚酯多元醇在微孔弹性体中的应用

摘    要:自制聚酯多元醇,以此多元醇为基础多元醇合成聚合物聚酯多元醇(TPM),考察了TPM对聚氨酯微孔弹性体力学性能等方面的影响.结果表明,自制的聚酯多元醇合成的TPM能够有效改善微孔弹性体产品的硬度、拉伸强度等力学性能,使泡孔均匀细致,表皮光滑,提高了产品尺寸稳定性和成品率.

Abstract:The polymer polyester polyol (TPM) was prepared by using the selt-made polyester poiyoi as basic polyol. The influence of TPM on the mechanical properties of the polyurethane microcellular elastomer was investigated. The results show that using the TPM prepared by self-made polyester polyol can improve the mechanical properties such as hardness, tensile strength, etc. of the microcellular elastomer, makes the foam pore uniform and fine, and the skin smooth, and can increase the dimension stability of the product and the finished product rate.
