SD卡硬件加密在工业MP3中的实现

摘    要:针对工业MP3模块对语音文件的加密需求,简要介绍了SD卡通信方式和硬件加密的原理。对比分析了SD卡硬件加密的特点,对编写加密程序的关键技术中进行了深入的分析和研究,其中包括设置密码、重设密码、上锁与解锁以及强制擦除。通过在SD卡上移植了兼容FAT32的文件系统,能很方便读取MP3文件传送给VS1003进行语音解码。经过严格的测试,实现了带加密功能的MP3播放器,并以工业MP3模块这一实例分析了SD卡硬件加密在实际中的应用。

Abstract:For the requirement of voice file encryption by industrial MP3 module, this paper gives a brief introduction on the principle of SD card communication and hardware encryption. The comparison of SD card hardware encryption features is done, the key technologies for writing encryption program are analyzed and studied in detail, including passwords setting-up, password resetting, locking and unlocking, and forced erasing. By transplanting file system compatible with FAT32 on the SD card, MP3 files could be easily read and sent to VSIO03 for voice decoding. Rigorous testing indicates that the MP3 player with encryption function could be realized. And with industrial MP3 as an example, this paper discusses the application of SD card hardware encryption in practice.
