摘    要:某小区住宅楼工程位于某市一土质边坡,坡脚分布有国家Ⅱ级铁路,工程竣工投入使用后,上部结构出现倾斜和墙体开裂等现象。建筑变形监测资料表明:倾斜率达0.51%,接近国家危房鉴定标准,并危及坡脚铁路运营安全。为查明建筑质量事故原因,对建筑场地边坡稳定性、地基承载力和基础沉降变形等相关因素进行了计算分析。结果表明:倾斜基岩面上地基软弱下卧层的厚度差异和建筑荷载布置偏心是导致建筑物倾斜的主要原因。然后,采用掏土迫降法对建筑物纠倾,采用锚杆静压桩对地基基础进行托换加固,治理效果良好,最后对工程进行了经验总结。

Abstract:A residential building is located in a soil slope and the railway is located at the foot of the slope. After completion of the project, the upper structure of the building is tilted and cracked and its rate is 0.51% which is close to the national standards. In order to analyze the reasons, the slope stability, bearing capacity of foundation and foundation settlement are analyzed. From calculation, different thickness of weak underlying stratum on the tilted foundation rock and load distribution is the main reason. Digging-forced settlement and static bolt-pressing pile are used to restoration the project. After completion of the project, the work obtains good results. Finally, this paper sums up the experience of the works .
