| 摘 要： | 针对工业过程控制中存在很多三维运动控制的现象,对该类系统的运动特性做归纳总结。建立此类运动的通用控制目标,运用PLC技术对系统进行手动或自动控制方式下的三维混合运动或者单维运动,该控制方法采用限位开关对系统的运动轨迹进行限位,它适合于所有的三维运动。在具体应用中,只要通过实时改变行程开关的位置就可以达到运动控制的目的。通过试验和应用在三维运动混合机的运动控制中,取得了良好的控制效果。

| Abstract: | According to lots of 3 -D motion control used in industrial productive process, such movement is summed up in this study, establish a system of universal control goal, manual or auto- matic control of the system is based on PLC, the system can three - dimensional mixed movements or one - dimensional movement, the method of 3 I- D motion control based on PLC and SQ is suitable for all the 3 -D motion. In the specific application, this method can be used based on changing the lo- cation of the SQ. Good results are achieved when the design was used in test and 3 - D control of three- dimensional movement mixer. |
