特香型烤烟挥发性致香物质的测定与分析

摘    要:使用同时蒸馏萃取装置以及气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对特香型烧烟,香料烟和烤烟3种类型的烟叶进行了挥发性致香成分的检测分析。定性和定量分析结果表明,特香型烤烟与香料烟在挥发性致香物质的种类和含量上存在着较大的差异。与烤烟挥发性致香物质种类和含量比较,差异相对较小,特香型烤烟含有1-戊烯-3-醇,1-戊醇、3-羟基-2-丁酮等特殊成分,含有2-戊烯醛,癸醛、2-壬烯醛,香叶基丙酮,壬酸,1H-naphtho2,1-b]pyran等与香料烟相同的成分。3种类型的共有成分中,2,4-庚二烯醛,苯甲醛,苯乙醛,二氢大马酮,大马酮等成分在特香型烤烟中含量最高。

Abstract:The volatile aroma and flavor constituents in flue-cured tobacco with special flavoring aroma,oriental tobacco and flue-cured tobacco were identified and analysed by using simultaneous distillation and extrac-tion equipment and GC/MS.The results showed that as far as the quality and the quantity were con-cerned,there were great differences between flue-cured tobacco with special flavoring aroma and oriental tobacco constituents.While there were relatively small differences between two types of flue-cured tobacco.Flue-cured tobacco with special flavoring aroma had the special components of1-penten-3-ol,1-pentanol,3-hydroxy-2-butanone,and had the constituents of2-pentenal,dodecanal,2-nonenal,6,10-dimethy-5,9-undecadien-2-one,nonanoic acid,1H-naphtho2,1-pyran,which were also determined in oriental tobacco.According to the constituents determined in the three types of tobacco,2,4-heptadienal,benzaldehyde,ben-zeneacetaldehyde,4-2,6,6-trimethyl-3-buten-1-one,1-2,6,6-trimethyl-2-buten-1-one were most abun-dant in flue-cured tobacco with special flavoring aroma.
