摘    要:利用三维激光扫描技术监测矿区开采沉陷,效率较高,但观测点云数量大、处理困难,目前缺乏成熟的软件进行矿区点云数据分析。为有效处理沉陷区的点云数据并实现沉陷区3D比较、剖面分析和开采沉陷预计参数求取,提出了一种矿区开采沉陷预计的Geomagic法。以某矿为例,首先利用Geomagic Studio软件建立了矿区数字地面模型(Digital terrain model,DTM);其次研究了开采沉陷发生前后的矿区数字地面模型3D对比方法,利用Geomagic Qualify软件分析得到沉陷区地表下沉三维视图;然后对地表下沉三维视图进行了剖面分析,提取走向方向与倾向方向的剖面点下沉值;最后利用剖面点下沉值求取了开采沉陷预计参数,并计算了剖面点的下沉预计值,将下沉预计值与提取的下沉值进行了对比分析,可知下沉拟合准确度达到92%,表明计算出的开采沉陷预计参数具有较高的精度,对于进一步推动三维激光扫描技术在矿区开采沉陷监测预计方面的应用有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:It's high speed and efficiency to apply three-dimensional laser scanning technique to conduct mining subsidence monitoring and prediction in mining area,but the question is the number of cloud points is too large to process quickly and lack of maturing software to process the point cloud data in mining area.In order to process the point cloud data of subsidence area effectively and achieve three-dimensional comparison of subsidence areas,comparison of cut surface and calculation of mining subsidence prediction parameters,a new mining subsidence prediction method based on Geomagic Qualify and Geomagic Studio softwares is proposed.Taking a coal mine as the research example,firstly,the digital terrain model (DTM) of the mining area is established by using Geomagic Studio software;secondly,the three-dimensional comparison method of digital terrain model (DTM) of the mining area before the mining subsidence occurrence and after is analyzed in detail,the three-dimensional view of the subsidence area is obtained by suing Geomagic Qualify software;thirdly,the cut surface analysis is conducted by using the three-dimensional view of the subsidence area,and the subsidence values of the cut surface points is extracted in the mutually perpendicular directions;finally,the mining subsidence prediction parameters of the mining are calculated based on the subsidence values of the cut points,and the mining subsidence prediction values of the cut points is also calculated,the contrastive analysis of the prediction values and extraction values of mining subsidence is done,the results show that the subsidence fitting accuracy is reached to 92%,which further indicated that the accuracy of the mining subsidence prediction parameters is high.The above research results of this paper can provide technical support for the application of three-dimensional laser scanning technique in mining area.
