摘    要:为了有效降低离子吸附型稀土矿山开采中产生的氨氮废水,通过化学活性生物法,选用一种经驯化且指标稳定后的复合微生物种群,进行中试试验。考察了利用化学活性生物法(SBR)处理离子型稀土氨氮废水的工艺条件。试验结果表明,在pH=9.5,强曝气时间4 h,液固比为2.6∶1时,处理后的废水氨氮浓度为10~13 mg/L,达到国家排放标准,且该化学生物活性菌适应矿山废水能力强,状态稳定。该工艺为离子型稀土矿山废水处理提供了新的思路。

Abstract:In order to reduce ammonia-nitrogen wastewater from ion adsorption type rare earth mining,through the chemi-cal reactivity of biological process,chose a domesticated and indicators stabilized composite microbial populations,and carried out pilot scale experiment. The result shows the chemical reactivity of biological process ( SBR) can get optimal process condi-tion of ionic type rare earth ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment. The best conditions are as following:pH=9. 5,heary aera-tion time 4 hours,liquid-solid ratio 2. 6 : 1. The ammonia nitrogen concentration is 10~13 mg/L after treatment,and reaching the national standard. In addition,the bioactive bacterium has a strong ability to adapt the mine wastewater,and has state sta-bility. Above all,the process provides a new way of thinking about ionic rare earth mine wastewater treatment.
