摘    要:在无底柱分段崩落法工业现场条件下测定的放出体形态,比传统实验室试验和数值模拟测定的放出体形态更加符合现场实际,但该测定方法的难点在于低劳动强度、高回收效率的标志物及其监测系统的开发。为解决该难题,首先基于RFID无线射频识别技术,开发制备了抗爆破冲击和可高效识别的标志物。针对该标志物采用的EM9202芯片,研发并建立了标志物监测系统,该系统可准确识别标志物出现的时间及编号。最后在梅山铁矿-306 m水平4-5LS1进路第10排进行试验应用。结果表明:标志物回收效果理想,尤其对于流动性较好的3个中间测试孔,标志物的回收率达到了87%;同时监测系统运行状态良好,测试数据准确。

Abstract:The shape of drawn-body measured under the industrial sit conditions is more consistent with the actual situations than the ones of traditional laboratory experiment and numerical simulation.But the difficulty of the determination method is the development of the markers with the characteristics of low intensity and high recovery efficiency and its monitoring system.In order to solve the above problems,firstly,the markers with the characteristics of blasting shock resistant and efficient identification is developed by adopting the Radio frequency identification technology (RFID);then,based on the markers,the EM902 chip is used to establish the monitoring system of markers,the time of the appearance of markers and its number can be identified accurately;finally,the test is conducted in the 4-5L S1 entrance rout 10 of-305 m level in Meishan Iron Mine,the test results show that the recycling effect of markers is ideal,especially for the three test holes with liquidity characteristics,the recovery rate of markers is reached to 87%,besides that,the operation of markers monitoring system in good condition,its test data is accurate.
