湖南某辉锑矿石无铅活化浮选试验

摘    要:针对传统选锑活化剂硝酸铅所存在的诸多问题,对锑品位为3.18%、硫化锑占总锑的95.60%的湖南某锑矿石进行了无铅活化浮选试验。结果显示,矿石在磨矿细度为-74μm占89.30%的情况下,以硫酸铜+硫酸铁+硫酸亚铁(质量配合比为1∶1∶1)为活化剂,以丁基黄药+MA-1(质量配合比为2∶3)为捕收剂,采用1粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,获得了锑品位为46.15%、回收率为95.04%的锑精矿,表明硫酸铜+硫酸铁+硫酸亚铁是辉锑矿浮选的良好无铅活化剂。

Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of traditional antimony selective activator lead nitrate,antimony ore was tested by lead-free activated flotation with an antimony content of 3.18% and an antimony sulfide content of 95.60% of the total antimony ore in Hunan province.The tests results indicated that under conditions of ore in the grinding fineness of-74 μm accounted for 89.30%,good beneficiation indexes were obtained with stibnite concentrate grade of 46.15% Sb and recovery of 95.04% with copper sulfate,ferric sulfate and ferrous sulfate (mass mixing ratio is 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1) as the activator,with butyl xanthate+MA -1 (quality mixture ratio of 2 ∶ 3) as the collector,and by a closed-circuit flotation with one roughing,two stages of scavenging and three stages of cleaning.The experimental results showed that copper sulfate + ferrous sulfate + ferrous sulfate is a good lead-free activator for flotation of stibnite ore.
