深井巷道风流性质与围岩调热圈参数匹配关系研究

摘    要:为探索巷道风流性质与围岩调热圈参数的匹配关系,依托广西铜坑矿锌多金属矿体,利用ANSYS软件开展深井巷道风流性质与围岩调热圈参数匹配关系单因素及多因素正交数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:风流温度每升高1℃,围岩调热圈半径减少0.6 m,温度升高约0.2℃;调热圈温度对风速、相对湿度均不敏感,调热圈半径随风速、相对湿度都呈先增加后不变的趋势,两因素分界点分别为速度5.0 m/s,相对湿度70%;以调热圈半径为考察目标,最佳入风流方案为入风流温度291.15 K、速度7 m/s,相对湿度70%或90%;以调热圈温度为考察目标,最佳入风流方案为入风流温度291.15 K,速度7 m/s,相对湿度70%。研究成果可为高温矿山通风降温方案的优化选择提供参考。

Abstract:To explore the matching relationship of surrounding rock heat-adjusting zone parameter and airflow property in deep mine,and relied on zinc poly metallic ore body of Tongkeng,the matching relationship of surrounding rock heat-adjusting zone parameter and airflow property single factor and multi factor orthogonal numerical simulation was carried out by using AN-SYS software. Research results show that:When airflow temperature increased 1℃,surrounding rock heat-adjusting zone radius decreased 0. 6 m and the temperature increased 0. 2 ℃;Surrounding rock heat-adjusting temperature was not sensitive to the airflow velocity and relative humidity;Surrounding rock heat-adjusting zone radius presented the trend of first increased and then unchanged with the change of airflow velocity and relative humidity,and the dividing point of the two factors is velocity V=5. 0 m/s,relative humidityφ=70%;Setting surrounding rock heat-adjusting radius as the target factor,the optimum scheme of airflow is airflow temperature T=291. 15 K,velocity V=7 m/s,relative humidityφ=70% or 90%;Setting surrounding rock heat-adjusting temperature as the target factor,the optimum scheme of airflow is airflow temperature T=291. 15 K,velocity V=7 m/s,relative humidity φ=70%. The results can provide basic data reference for efficient safety mining and optimization of ventilation for high temperature mine.
