摘    要:为消除贵州某高硫铝土精矿中硫含量过高对拜耳法生产的不利影响,研究了该高硫铝土矿精矿拜耳法溶出过程中氧化铝和硫的可溶性。试验结果显示:最优溶出试验条件为溶出温度260℃、溶出时间60 min、石灰加入量7%、配料分子比1.45、Na_2O浓度230 g/L,在此试验条件下,赤泥中氧化铝含量为17.13%,硫含量为0.12%,氧化铝的相对溶出率达到97.24%,硫的溶出率为17.72%,说明该试样溶出性能良好。

Abstract:To eliminate the adverse effect in Bayer pocess result from high sulfur content in bauxite. The digestion per-formance of Al2 O3 and S in high-sulfur diasporic bauxite concentrate from Guizhou was studied by Bayer process. The results showed that the optimum conditions were leaching temperature of 260 ℃,leaching time of 60 minutes,lime dosage of 7% to bauxite,caustic ratio of 1. 45,caustic alkali concentration of 230 g/L. Under the optimum conditions,Al2 O3 content in red mud was 17. 13%,the sulfur in the red mud is 0. 12%,the relative leaching rate of Al2 O3 was 97. 24%,the leaching rate of sulfur was 17. 72%. The high-sulfur bauxite was of good digestion performance.
