摘    要:采用碱性干粉激发剂与煤矸石、粉煤灰混合作为胶凝材料制备了一种新型煤矸石混凝土,对其基本力学性能进行了试验研究,并与氢氧化钠(Na OH)溶液激发的煤矸石混凝土、普通混凝土的性能进行了对比。研究得到了新型煤矸石混凝土的基本力学性能,并研究了干粉激发剂、养护时间、养护温度、水胶比和砂率等因素对其基本力学性能的影响规律。对比研究发现这种新型煤矸石混凝土的强度有明显提高;干粉激发剂的组成、养护时间和温度对煤矸石混凝土的力学性能有重要影响,并分析得到了该新型煤矸石混凝土的最优养护温度、最优水胶比和砂率。

Abstract:A new type of coal gangue based concrete was prepared by mixing alkaline dry powder activator made of sodi-um hydroxide and calcium carbonate,coal gangue and fly ash as cementing materials. The basic mechanical properties of this new coal gangue concrete were tested,and compared with the performance of coal gangue concrete and ordinary concrete in-spired by sodium hydroxide solution. The mechanical properties of the coal gangue concrete are studied,and the effects of the factors such as dry powder activator,curing time,curing temperature,water binder ratio and sand ratio on the mechanical prop-erties of the new coal gangue concrete are studied. The comparative study shows that the strength of the new coal gangue con-crete is obviously improved;The effects of composition of the dry powder activator,curing time and temperature have significant effects on the mechanical properties of the coal gangue concrete. The optimal curing temperature,water-binder ratio and sand ratio of the coal gangue concrete are obtained.
