可生物降解医用缝合线的研究进展

摘    要:简述了可生物降解医用缝合线的要求;综述了天然的可生物降解医用缝合线和合成的可生物降解医用缝合线的种类、制备方法、用于临床的特点及应用开发现状;指出了我国大力开发可生物降解医用缝合线研究工作的重要意义及其加快该类纤维的实用化,进一步提高其性能及降低成本是今后研究开发的主要方向。

Abstract:The requirement of biodegradable medical suture was introduced briefly.The varieties and preparation of natural bio- degradable medical suture and synthetic biodegradable medical suture were reviewed,as were their clinical characteristics and ap- plication.The significance of considerately strengthening the development of biodegradable medical suture was described.It was pointed out that the development trends in the future was focused on the serviceability enhancement,further property improvement and cost reduction of the fiber.
