摘    要:为研究不同干燥方法对刺五加多糖含量的影响,以喷雾干燥和冷冻干燥的方法对提取的刺五加多糖进行干燥处理,用苯酚-硫酸法和蒽酮-硫酸法测定其含量,并比较两种测定法的方法学指标和数据。结果表明:冷冻干燥法优于喷雾干燥法,刺五加多糖在干燥过程中损失显著减少;二种方法的测定结果无显著性差异,且准确可靠,但刺五加多糖含量测定采用苯酚-浓硫酸法更为灵敏,简便易行,可作为刺五加多糖制剂的质控方法。

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of different drying methods on the content of acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide. The spray drying process and freeze drying process were adopted to dry acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide and its polysaccharide content was determined by phenol-Sulfuric acid method and anthrone-sulfuric acid method. The methodological index and determination data of polysaccharide by these two methods was also compared in this paper. The experimental results showed that freeze drying process was better than spray drying process,in which the polysaccharide loss was obviously less than spray drying process. Determination results of two methods had non-significant difference,accurate and reliable,but phenol-sulfuric acid method used for polysaccharide determination was more sensitive and brief,and may be used for quality control of acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide preparation.
