摘    要:建立了蔬菜样品中80种农药的基质固相分散处理和气相色谱-质谱检测方法。蔬菜样品经佛罗里硅土和石墨化碳黑研磨均匀后,用乙酸乙酯淋洗,气质联用仪在选择离子监测模式下进行快速定性定量分析。研究结果表明:80种农药回收率在63.7%~117.8%,相对标准偏差<18%,检出限保持在3.5~10.8μg/kg。

Abstract:A new analytical procedure based on matrix solid-phase dispersion(MSPD)combined to gas chromatography with mass spectrometric detection were developed for the determination of 80 pesticides in vegetables.The sample,which required Florisil as dispersant sorbent,graphitized carbon black as purificant and ethyl acetate as eluting solvent,was determined by GC-MS with selected ion monitoring.The result showed that recoveries of 80 pesticides ranged from 63.7%~117.8%,and relative standard deviations were below 18%.The limits of detection for the method were from 3.5~10.8μg/kg.
