| 摘 要： | 介绍了莱钢型钢厂小型生产线的轧制工艺、孔型系统以反HE140的主要设计与开发过程.阐述了该产品在研制过程中难点的发现及解决措施.产品一次试轧成功,尺寸和性能完全符合标准要求,满足用户需求,具有较大的经济效益和社会效益.

| Abstract: | The rolling process,pass sequence of small production line in Laigang Sectional Steel Plant and the main design and development process of HE140 were briefly introduced in this paper,and the find of difficulties and measures during the developing process of the products were elaborated.The product was rolled successfully in the first time with its size and performance completely according with the standard requirements,and meeting user′s requirements,having great economic and social benefits. |
