浇注过程的防下渣技术

摘    要:消除汇流旋涡是防下渣技术开发的首要目标。已有的浇注过程防下渣方法大体可分为3类,即上躲、下藏与抑制。看来抑制法最为积极、有效,特别是用于中间包的名种控流、分渣双功能装置具有显著的综合优势;这类装置的逐步完善与普及,似乎是今后提高连铸水主要技术走向之一。

Abstract:Dispelling confluent vortex is the principal object in technical development of preventing slag down.There are three ways of preventing slay down in casting proces,i.e. avoiding from above ,concealing from below and retraining. The most effective and active way is restraining,especially the device using in the tundish which can both control the waterflow and separate the slay,has outstanding comprehersive superionity. The gradual improvement and porpulization seem to be one of the chief trend in promoting the techniques of continuons casting.
