碳纳米管/天然橡胶复合材料的结构与性能

摘    要:通过机械混炼法制备了碳纳米管(CNT)/天然橡胶(NR)复合材料,研究了CNT的预处理方式对复合材料结构与性能的影响。结果表明,与NR相比,CNT/NR复合材料的硫化返原现象减轻,硫化后凝胶质量分数降低,硫化剂用量应适当增加,由混酸氧化处理的CNT填充橡胶复合材料的硫化迟滞效应明显;复合材料内部存在CNT的富集区域和CNT含量很少的橡胶区域,CNT与NR之间的界面结合作用不好;由HF处理的CNT填充橡胶复合材料的整体性能最好,但受CNT在橡胶基体中的不良分散状态及界面性质的影响,其力学性能不高。

Abstract:The natural rubber composites filled with carbon nanotubes(CNT) were prepared by mechanical mixing. The effect of pretreatment measures for CNT on microstructure and properties of rubber composites was studied. Compared with natural rubber ,the reinforcing effect of CNT was manifested in rubber composites. After adding CNT, the curing reversion of rubber reduced, and the nass fraction of gel in cured rubber composites decreased. At the same time, the usage of vulcanizing agent should be added for the rubber filled with CNT. The vulcanizing time of rubber filled with CNT, that were oxidated by mixed acid, was delayed obviously. In the rubber composites prepared by mechanical mixing, CNT aggregated in some areas. The whole level of properties in the rubber composites filled with CNT, which were treated with HF, was superior. Under the influence of poor dispersion of CNT and interface character in composites, the mechanical properties of rubber filled with CNT were not excellent.
