| Abstract: | Quality and quality management are the hot points to which enterprise pays the closest attention. ISO 9000 and TQM are two concepts of quality management. However, their development and inheritation are closely related. By analyzing the requirement and the character of ISO9000 and TQM, their relation become clearer. The clearance will help enterprises improve their product quality. |
