超声研齿系统的有限元仿真与试验

摘    要:介绍了超声研齿加工方法,对超声研齿换能器的结构做了分析,用有限元软件ANSYS对包含预应力作用的超声研齿系统进行了模拟仿真,仿真结果与实际测量结果相符。并通过超声研齿系统的材料去除和噪声试验,证实超声研齿能提高研齿效率,减小齿轮传动时的噪声。

Abstract:Ultrasonic gear lapping method is introduced in this paper. The structure of transducer for ultrasonic gear lapping is analyzed. The ultrasonic gear lapping system is simulated by employing finite element analysis (FEA) software ANSYS in consideration of pretightening force. The simulation results accord with the measurement results. The experiments results of ultrasonic gear lapping show that this method can improve machining efficiency and decrease transmission noise.
