| 摘 要： | 绝大多数生产企业在具体生产销售过程中均会遇到3重约束：销售量是关于价格的函数,开机生产时会产生固定成本,单位周期内生产容量有限.为了得出该类生产-销售系统的最优生产和定价策略,可以借助强CK-凹函数的一些性质.这里考虑了一个加法需求模型,在此基础上建立了一个定期盘点的随机生产-销售系统.通过研究发现,每个阶段的最优生产控制和定价策略的结构可以简单分为4个区间（s,s ＇,p）策略.

| Abstract: | In the process of production and sales, most firms would face triple constraints： the sales volume which depends on the selling price, fixed setup cost, and finite production limit. To achieve optimal production and pricing policy, properties of strong CK-concave functions are helpful. The research shows that the optimal production control and pricing policy can be characterized by an （s, s＇ , p） policy in four regions. |
