| 摘 要： | NHD溶剂是一种新型高效脱硫脱碳溶剂,在国内外已广泛用于天然气、油田伴生气、炼厂气、燃料气、煤制气、城市煤气、合成气等工艺气体中H2S、CO2、COS、硫醇等有害成分的脱除。介绍了国内几家化肥厂应用NHD脱硫脱碳装置运行情况,生产中存在的问题及解决办法。

| Abstract: | The NHD is a new and highly efficient solvent in desulfurization and decarbonization. The NHD solvent has been widely used abroad in natural gas, associated gas in oil field, refinery gas, fuel gas, coal-based gas, town gas, syngas, etc. to get ride of such harmful compositions as H2S, CO2, COS, mercaptan, etc. At home it has been widely applied in the desulfurization and decarbonization from syngas in coal-based fertilizer plants from which rich experience has been drawn. The conclusion is that it is feasible to use NHD technology for the desulfurization and decarbonization of the gas which is from coal gasification. |
