| 摘 要： | 分析了涤纶纺丝用热媒锅炉运行中热媒排放温度逐渐下降的原因是热媒锅炉用加热棒附近的局部温度过高。通过降低单根加热棒的加热功率,增加加热棒的数量,加热棒表面温度降低,保证了正常生产,且可节省热媒。

| Abstract: | The reason for the drop in heating medium discharging temperature was analyzed during the running course of heating medium boiler for polyester fiber and was considered as the extremely high local temperature near heating bar of heating medium boiler.Not only the regular production can be guaranteed but also the consumption of heating medium can be saved by decreasing the heating power of the single heating bar,increasing the number of heating bars and decreasing the surface temperature of the heating bar. |
