摘    要:针对河南油田稠油“浅、薄、稠、散”的开采特点,在结合已用过的各种热采井口装置的基础上,采用油套合一四通,热应力轴向径向密封等结构,经攻关研制出CYR300-14型热采井口装置。经对主要部件的技术参数进行计算,均达到安全指标。该装置具有结构紧凑,组配合理,安全可靠,修井不动井口管网,漏失点少等优点。从现场50余套的试用结果看,基本上满足了热采工艺要求。

Abstract:In accordance with the producing feature of "shallow, thin, heavy, and scattered" of heavy oil in Henan oilfield,referring to available thermal recovery wellhead units,adopting a cross which combines tubing and casing all in one, sealing heat stress axially andradially,thermal wellhead unit CYR3OO-14 has been developed. All of the technical parameters of major components can meet safety requisition. The advantages of this unit are structure compact, well organized and safe, workover operation will not interfere in wellheadmanifold and with less leaking points. Practical result of 50 set of the units showed that thedemand of thermal recovery technique is basically meeted.
