摘    要:针对单家寺油田热采井高含水期防砂周期短,一次成功率低的状况进行了分析,指出了注汽强度过大,射孔质量不完善,碱性蒸汽对地层的溶蚀作用等是产生这种状况的主要原因。从而提出了热采井后期防砂综合;合理的意见,即适当避射井段,采用射孔新工艺、新方法;优化注汽参数,降低注汽强度;机械防砂与化学防砂相结合;粉末冶金滤砂器、金属棉防砂器与砾石充填相结合;砾石防砂前要进行预充填。由此达到了提高防砂成功率及提高稠油最终采收丰的目的。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the states of short period of sand control and low ratio of first success during high water content period in thermal recovery well of Shanjiasi oil field, and points out the main reasons for these are: the strenght of steam injection is too great, perforation quality is not perfect, and alkaline steam corrodes the stratum. Therefore, this paper proposes suggestions for comprehensive tackling of later sand control in thermal recovery well, they are: reducing perforation properly and adopting new technology and new method; optimizing steam injection parameter and lowering the strenght of steam injection; combining mechanical sand control with chemical sand control; combining powder metal sand filter, metal cotton sand control installation with gravel pack; and prepacking before gravel sand control. Hence, the goal of enhancing sand control success ratio and heavy oil ultimate recovery factor is achieved.
