| 摘 要： | 本文通过正交实验的办法，对消失模铸铁件所用的醇基涂料进行了研制，得到1种比较理想的醇基涂料配比。实际应用表明：本文研制的醇基涂料能很好地防止消失模铸铁件生产过程中因涂料引起的铸造缺陷。

| Abstract: | In this paper the alcohol matrix coating which is used to mould-vanishing cast iron castings was studied by the method of the orthogonal experiment, and a ingredient of group of alcohol matrix coating with ideal comprehensive properties was acquired. According to factual application results, the alcohol matrix coating could prevent casting defects which were evoked by casting coating during the production course of mould-vanishingcast iron castings. |
