In view of the disadvantages of small gas engine, such as not good combustion, worse starting, slow ignition, and also other shortcomings compared to the same model gasoline engine, such as more fuel consumption causing more pollution discharge and exhaust pollution, the paper analyses and studies the engine＇ s core part, the structure of piston and air feeder, develops one kind of new piston and the air feeder structure. It can solve these problems like lack of engine power, poor motivation, incompletely burning and plenty of exhaust pollution.
