摘    要:研究了Fe—RE中间合金的添加对TiC钢结硬质合金力学性能、显微组织的影响及其作用机理.结果表明,Fe—RE稀土中间合金可以减小液态铁表面张力、改善液相流动性与润湿性、细化晶粒、有效减小孔隙度从而获得高密度和较高硬度的TiC钢结硬质合金材料.

Influences of Fe - RE Interalloys on the Microstructure of Steel Bonded with TiC

Abstract:The effect and mechanisms of Fe - RE alloy on the mechanical properties and microstructure of steel bonded with TiC were investigated in this paper. The results showed that a steel with a high density and good mechanical properties can be obtained by the addition of Fe - RE that can decrease the surface tension of the 1 iquid iron, and increase the density and hardness of steel bonded TiC by means of changing the distribution and state of impurity, improving liquid fluidity and wettability, and refining the grains.
