摘 要: | 通过10组超高强混凝土棱柱体单轴受压试验,探讨了砂率、水胶比、钢纤维和材料组成与用量等对超高强混凝土基本力学性能的影响规律.试验结果表明:在胶凝材料总量不变的情况下,减少水泥用量而相应增大粉煤灰用量,混凝土的流动性及抗压强度得到改善;减少胶凝材料用量可大幅度降低混凝土成本,对强度没有特别不利的影响,但混凝土流动性降低较多.

Abstract: | Through compression strength experiments of ten groups of super high strength concrete (SHSC) prism specimens, the influence roles of sand ratio, waterbinder ratio, steel fiber, components and qualities of materials on mechanical performances of SHSC were researched. Results showed that if the quality of binders was constant, decreasing cement quality or increasing fly ash quality could improve fluidity and compression strength. Decreasing binder quality could reduce concrete costs and had no unfavorable influence on compression strength, but the fluidity decreased rapidly. |
