非径向中心资源配置CCR模型研究

研究了基于规模报酬不变的非径向集中式资源配置DEA模型．首先，通过举例说明了Lozano和Villa基于可变规模报酬提出的集中式资源配置BCC模型在规模报酬不变条件下出现的问题；其次，分别通过对输入或输出限制提出了基于规模报酬不变的2个新的DEA模型（本文称之为径向集中式资源配置CCR模型）．通过这些模型得到的效率分数相同并且它们均能较好的克服了前面提到的不足．

A Study on CCR Model of Non - radial Centralized Resource Allocation

Non- radial centralized resource allocation DEA models under constant returns to scale have been studied in this paper. Firstly, drawbacks in the models which Lozano and Villa introduced under constant returns to scale presents are illustrated. Secondly, two new models （radial centralized resource allocation CCR models） under constant returns to scale are presented by putting bounds to inputs or outputs respectively. These models have the same efficiency score and they can all work well under constant returns to scale without the preceding drawbacks.
