| 摘 要： | 对企业在实施ERP中的业务流程优化问题,提出了一种基于Petri网的业务流程优化和配置方法.首先分析ERP实施中的业务流程建模,指出采用Petri网建模的适用性.其次运用Petri网对流程给出形式化定义,提出优化规则,探讨基于Petri网的流程模型在ERP软件中的实现.最后结合某企业实施用友ERP的过程进行实例分析.

| Abstract: | As to business process reengineering in ERP implementation, a new approach for process modeling and configumion based on Petri net is proposed. This paper firstly analyzes the importance of business process model- ing in implementing ERP system and the suitability of Petri net as a process modeling tool is pointed out. Then the for- malized definition of modeling element is presented by using Petri net, and several rules for process optimization are given. Also the realization of the process model in ERP software is discussed. At last, a case study of U8 ERP imple- mentation is illustrated. |
