三相异步电动机节能控制器的研究

摘    要:在分析了电机损耗后,采用模糊控制技术,通过功率因数闭环控制的调压节能方案,并在起动时采用变频控制对电机进行节能控制。在控制中,应用大量的专家经验或试验曲线。最后,运用仿真软件MATLAB/Simulink,建立节能控制器的主电路和控制电路的仿真模型。仿真结果证明:采用调压节能方案,完全能够达到节能、提高输入功率因数的目标。

The Research of Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor Energy Saving Controller

Abstract:After analyzing the loss of the motors, the authors use the fuzzy control technology and adopt the energy saving plan with the power factor closed-loop control. Frequency control is used when the motor starts. Lost of exerts' experiences or test curves axe used in the fuzzy controller. At last, the main circuit and the control circuit of the asynchronous motor energy saving controller simulation models are designed with Matlab/Simulink software. The simulation results show that the energy saving plan can achieve the goal.
