卷柏多糖的抗疲劳生物活性研究

摘    要:研究卷柏多糖的抗疲劳生物活性作用.采用卷柏多糖低、中、高3个不同给药剂量组对小鼠灌胃10天后进行小鼠负重游泳实验,测定小鼠的负重游泳时间,并对其血清尿素氮含量和全血乳酸含量进行了检测,研究其抗疲劳作用.结果表明卷柏多糖的低、中、高剂量组均能延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,降低小鼠运动后血清尿素氮和全血乳酸的含量.表明卷柏多糖具有显著的抗疲劳作用功效.

Study on Anti- fatigue Biological Effect of Polysaccharide fromSelaginella Tamariscina

Abstract:The anti - fatigue effect of polysaecharide from selaginella tamariscina was observed in the research. The Anti - fatigue function of selaginella tamariscina polysaccharide of low, middle and high dosage was studied and compared with that of control group. Results show that Selaginella tamariscina polysaccharide could obviously prolong the swimming time of loaded mice, decrease the blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid in mice after swimming. This indicates that Selaginella tamariscina polysaccharide has the anti - fatigue function.
