焊接方法优化设计系统的研究

在分析专家系统应用于焊接领域的基础上，根据焊接工艺设计的原理及通常焊接方法的选择原则，研究了焊接工艺设计的特点，提出了系统的设计思想，确定了系统总体框架及模块功能，利用VB实现了建立焊接方法优化设计的系统．采用本系统可以提高焊接工艺人员编制WPS的效率，为生产企业节省资金、缩短技术准备周期，解脱技术人员的繁重劳动，采用该焊接方法优化设计系统还可以增强企业的竞争力．

Research on the Optimal System Design of Welding Methods

In this paper, the feature of welding process designing is analyzed based on the relevant principles of expert system used in welding and the selecting fundamental of the system. Not only the ideas of the system designing are brought forward, but also the system framework and corresponding module function are presented. Then, the system of the optimal design of welding methods is built with VB6.0. This system is a type of application software for design in the field of welding. By making use of database, the welding process can be managed effectively. WPS has the feature in reducing cost, shortening the periodicity for preparing technology, redueing labor intensity and increasing enterprise ability of competition.
