摘    要:借助室内谷物烘干试验装置,深入研究了与之相配套的适应高寒气候环境的谷物干燥自动控制系统,该系统将微机监控模块、数据传感模块及单片机控制模块结合在一起,对谷物干燥试验装置的粮食温度、粮食水分、排粮速度、运行情况等进行自动监视和控制.通过大量谷物烘干实验发现,加装该自控系统后,干燥装置的使用性能得到了进一步提高,烘干效果得到了有效改善,大大减少了干燥不足和重复干燥的次数,对高寒地区谷物干燥具有一定的实用性.

Research of Grain Drying Control System in Cold Region Based on Single-chip Microcomputer

Abstract:By virtue of indoor grain drying test equipment,automatic control system of grain drying adapting to cold climate and environment is researched.The system contains computer control module,data sensing module and single-chip microcomputer control module,monitoring and controlling grain temperature,grain moisture,grain discharging speed and running,etc automatically.It is found through a large number of grain drying experiment that the performance of drying device is further enhanced,drying effects are effectively improved,and the drying deficiency and the number of repeated drying are greatly reduced after installation of the automatic control system.It has some practicality to grain drying in the cold regions.
